GUILD was a Private Paramilitary Company owned and operated in secret by Torres. It was dissolved in 2017 following the kidnapping of Sinclair and change in Torres' management.
Though only active for a short time, GUILD was powerful in terms of potential strength at its' largest. To keep clandestine, GUILD sought to recruit the incarcerated instead of those with legitimate standings. They had a total of 7 platoons and around 200 mercenaries.

GUILD was born shortly after Torres began getting involved in arms trade. It grew quickly by seeking out those wanting to turn their life around, such as offering an alternative to prisoners on death row. The type of people they recruited were difficult to manage centerally and there was significant in-fighting but GUILD managed to keep itself afloat for years.
Things fell into chaos after Lysander Cruz exposed the true cause of the death of his entire platoon. Unwilling to deal with these so-called monsters, many abandoned GUILD and their numbers fell to below 50.
